Counselling & Wellness
If you have never attended counselling, allow me to explain what the main goal of holistic health counselling is. Rather than focussing only on therapy, holistic wellness counselling takes a holistic approach to helping you.
The first step is to share your inner feelings, ideas, and personal troubles with me as your counsellor. I will then interpret these and guide you through them. While personal growth is about gaining control over one's own emotions and life, general talk therapy helps to elevate unpleasant feelings and emotions.
Emotional Wellness
A holistic wellness counsellor like me who is registered with ASCHP does not treat or diagnose mental health issues or severe behavioural disorders, however the dynamics of holistic wellness are diverse and can help with a wide range of life concerns. It involves your general well-being. I use a combination of talk therapy, personal development and life coaching.

There are no words to describe the profound and sometimes permanent effects that emotional suffering has on our lives. This is when holistic wellness reaches its full potential and can help you heal and recover emotionally. I have a lot of extremely effective skill sets that I can put to use, such talk therapy and other methods that help you feel better.
